Recommendations are accepted October 1st through October 27th. Winners will be announced at the Friends of the Edmonds Library public celebration of our 40th anniversary on November 21st from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at Brigid’s Bottle Shop. Winners will be officially notified afterwards.
