The Edmonds community is strong. The proactive response of our local institutions to the COVID-19 pandemic is inspiring. From the Edmonds Chamber of Commerce, to the City Council and our Edmonds School District, and ALL of the hardworking community members they represent – everybody is adapting to our changing reality as best they can. Our amazing Edmonds Library is no exception.
The Edmonds Library is one of 23 community libraries in the Sno-Isle Libraries system, which serves 750,500 residents across 2,260 square miles in Snohomish and Island county. As a destination, the Edmonds Library is incredible. The views of the Puget Sound and Olympic Mountains from the library “living room”; the colorful signage; the welcoming staff and volunteers; the diverse collections, engaging programs and ample technology resources; it all adds up to a sense of belonging. Here are a few tips to maintain that connection in the world of social distancing.
